 An informal get-together for Kumihimo enthusiasts.  Bring a Kumihimo project to work on.  Session will begin with a short lesson introducing a new Kumihimo skill (supplies provided).

NOTE:  Previous Kumihimo experience is preferred.

Canvases will be tiny, the paints will be plenty, and there is no pressure to make a masterpiece.

Come prepared with a journal & pen. Yoga mat optional. Please bring a bolster or cushion if you’d like to sit on the floor with me.

This is a gentle, beginner level Breathwork & Journaling class. You will be guided through a grounding, calming, & soothing breath work experience. Afterwards, you will be guided through a journaling experience to help you tap into your intuition & inner wisdom.
