Teens celebrate the end of the Summer Reading Program with an after-hours party in the Teen Lounge at West River. Pizza, prizes, games, and candy were bountiful with this crowd. Thank you to our participants who read more than 270,000 pages during your summer break!

Pages from your Librarian

This week is Teen Tech Week, but we’ll have programs for teens focused on technology all month long. Just think about what you can create and share with other with a bit of technology. Stop into Central for Making Your Own Video Games, Banana Piano, iPod Amplifiers, or creating your own video game controllers. You can also visit the West River Branch for YA March Madness, where you can pick your favorite titles. Haven’t read some? Check out the ebooks from OverDrive or hoopla! Celebrate this year’s Teen Tech Week’s “Create it at your Library” by joining us at the library for a few of these events.

Teachers

Tours, storytimes, and group visits may be scheduled for school classes, scout groups, day cares, and parent groups. To schedule a visit, please call EPLS staff at least three weeks in advance.
